Thanks to Groupon, we went out and tried a restaurant that been on our ‘need to hit’ list….Hudson’s on the Bend.
The restaurant is known for preparing great game meat…think along the lines of duck, elk, wild boar, etc.
We had to get the 3-course-meal with our groupon which featured an amazing lobster bisque, and great tasting elk steak and rainbow trout (hot and crunchy batter is the bomb!).
There were tons of interesting options on the menu, so we’ll definitely be making a return. Check more pictures of the night in the photos section.
